Our newest addition to the features is Conference Calling. And it’s really easy to use!
When starting a phone call in your Slack channels, your teammates can easily join the conversation by clicking on the same call link and when the Yodel user interface opens, you just click on “Join”.
The same goes for incoming calls: one of your team members might already be speaking to the caller but needs you to join the conversation. So you just click on the link showing in your Slack channel to open the Yodel interface and voilà, you are already conferencing… What if life could always be this easy…
